I still have no idea wtf happened at the end of that duke game And I rewatched it 5 times

Duke didn't have any subs waiting to come it, Bob Morris did
Bob Morris basically put his arms around the duke pg to get whistle to get players in game
Thr ref blew whistle for foul with his arm raised indicating foul
Duke was already in the bonus

Why no ft? Over was on the line and they just ignored going to the ft line and just let subs come in and let duke inbounds ball
