I am right there with ya.

Cards Avg 6 runs a game over last 10 and only giving up about 3.

I play them yesterday and today and the put up a solid 1 spot thru 12. Not to mention Kile and Smith who don't give up more than 2 or 3 in like ten games each can't even make it past the 3rd without giving up 4.

When playing STL, keep in mind the HUGE discrepancy in their road record and home record. The big win streak was done mainly at home, and for whatever reason, their pitchers fair much better at BUSCH, than on the road. Why STL can hit so well at home, and other teams don't, yet they struggle for offense on the road is beyond me though. They are a good/evil twin almost...

Radarcity, good point - but we are talking about the reds here, they have had problems all year winning at home and already have 2 vs. Cards in this series. Not sure about the other players here, but I went against Reds more so than for Cards. 5-2 now, a couple of base runners and a pinch hit homer from Big Mac - then just maybe.......after all this is one of the craziest years ever.

I was talking to GRAVY last nite about this game and i told him to look at the series this year..and it followed a pattern...
ST.LOO swept cinci last week in st.loo, and cinci took 3 of of 4 and returned the favour today...this pattern held true though this whole season in this series.
