One of my teenagers. She thinks I'm mean bc I won't let her "hang out" and "do homework" with one of the neighbor boys (every day). They aren't even dating

We play a friends & family coed softball league and this is the 4th effing Thursday in a row that I've gotten a text at 4pm letting me know that someone can't make a 630, 730 or 830 game.
I wish they would just say on Monday when I ask "in or out?" they would just respond, "out, dot dot dot."

And when the season's over, you'll run into at least 10 girls who won state titles in high school who weren't playing on a team at the time you were playing.
