ST. LOUIS RAMS ?3 - Apparently, Kurt Warner suffered a concussion in the first quarter last week vs. the Giants, yet he played the entire contest. No wonder he fumbled 5 times and threw an interception! Warner will watch from the sidelines this week as Bulger lines up under center. If you recall, Bulger was having a good season in his own right filling in for Warner last year until he himself got injured, so I don?t think that the Rams offense really loses that much, especially for one game. The Rams have dominated the head-to-head series with San Francisco, winning 7 of the last 8 meetings S/U by an average margin of +8.6 points per game. They have been especially tough vs. the 49ers here at home, winning the last 4 meetings by an average of 15.8 points, and I like St. Louis to bounce back strong here after last week?s debacle. On the flip side, the Niners only have one direction to go after dismantling the Bears 49-7! Keep in mind that Chicago is struggling in all aspects of the game right now, so don?t get overly excited about that final score. Also, San Francisco has struggled on the road vs. conference opponents, going just 3-10 ATS in their last 13 road affairs vs. the NFC.
