That was certainly a close one. Got the win. I am probably a lot older than most on these boards and I have never really capped games like many of the gurus on these boards. I some reseach to a degree.
I have played football and Rugby at very high levels. I bring this up because watching football games I cannot understand what coaches a re looking at. How many times in the last ten years due teams play prevent when they have stopped a team for 55 minutes and decide to let the team drive the field in a half of minute. I could go on and on about the terrible coaching, but it is too painful.
Example
SF this weekend coast me 10G's. Why would mariucci (how ever you spell it) throw on first and ten from the 26 yard line in OT. WHy not run it three times since your kicker is struggeling and needs ever yard possible? Beyond me. Why not blitz Breese as he was of for 3 in the last series when you blited him three times. Now you decide not to blitz and SD marched down the field. Go figure.
You can cap these games, but the bone head coaches find away to throw all the capping out the window. This is why I try to find two three, four games the most on the ML. Not the smartest when you have to lay 5500 to win 1000 and yes last nights game could have easily went the Bears way. No sure thing in this crazy world of Gaming.
