0-2, -800 yesterday

On a bit of a downswing. On an unrelated note, how hot is KCWolf? Jeez. The man is an absolute house afire right now.

CINCINATTI +125 over Houston 400/500

Cincy's bullpen pitched 8 2/3 yesterday but they have some rubber arms there and a long scoreless streak is just what they need to get them untracked. Houston's bats have not been as hot over the last month as they were to start the season. Miller is a solid pitcher but he generally isn't going to go much over 100 pitches, if that. This is a big game for Cincy if they don't want to fall too far back of Houston and Chicago.

Hey Nick...

I thought for sure you'd be on KC tonight. Bully is well rested (Grimsley, Hernandez) and considering Reichert has already beaten Mays earlier this season, it looks like they could steal this one. Any thoughts?

Notebook,

I did look at that one. I also played them in that exact scenario (Reichert at Mays) earlier this year. It is just that Reichert has allowed 11 runs in his last 10 innings and he is not pitching as well as he was when I played him last time. I see a lot of people on the board on Minny, and I don't know if that is a good sign or a bad sign, but I just can't put my money down on a pitcher that is struggling like Reichert is.
