58-61, +3659 overall
3-2, +1152 yesterday

Here is an early one. I am still handicapping the later games so I will post more plays if I have them.

METS -102 over Atlanta 408/400

Trachsel has just been great his last few times out while Marquis always seems to struggle. The key guys out of the Mets pen were not overused in the extra inning game last night so that is another advantage. Also it is tough to get a road sweep so I will give the nod to the Mets.

BALTIMORE -145 over White Sox 400/276

This really looks like a pitching mistmatch. Towers has just been superb while Baldwin has been inconsistent, especially into the fifth and beyond. Baltimore's bats are not the best but with a better bullpen and home field looking to win the series, they have the advantage here.

Milwaukee +120 over CUBS 400/480

I will ride the Brewers again. Sheets is such a terrific, intense pitcher and the Brewers pen is on fire. Bere is pitching well, too, so what I look for here is the superiority of the Milwaukee lineup to come through.

Arizona -170 over COLORADO 400/235

Bad situation for the Rockies. They are giving up leads, they are struggling to score (relatively) and they are facing Johnson. Neagle comes back off the DL so he is an unknown factor but I still like the Dbacks here.

One more for tonight.

San Francisco +136 over ST. LOUIS 400/544

Ortiz has been on fire his last two times out. Morris is a great pitcher, too, but the Cards pen is a bit overworked. The Giants have had the more consistent offense and pen so they are the play here.
