When one looks at the pitching matchup Milton is the better pitcher. Which is why 72% of the public is on Minn.

So what is it the public doesn't see. Do they know Milton is just 7-12 to date in July? Or that Minn is 1-2 when going for a 5 game winning streak this year?

How about the home plate ump Paul Emmel. Dogs are 4-2 overall this year. The home team is 6-4 the last 10. Det is 3-1 as a dog with him behind the plate. And the fact Milton lost back on 10/3/01 as a 165 fav to Det with Emmel behind the plate.

Now I could be wrong. God knows I'm having a bad week. But thats why I played Det.
