His legs are constantly in motion and he fails to make prolonged eye contact when speaking. Two of the earmarks I use to measure if a person is lying to me. I'd say no way this cat gets by the polygraph.

I would say he is a meth user too. He said if there was blood on his clothes he must have rubbed up against a trash can or fence post :facepalm:

Not going to replay the clip but I believe that he stated that he took pictures with his phone to prove he was there ( presumably in the bleachers). I thought that statement was incriminating in itself. At the point in time when he took the pictures why did he need to prove anything to anybody.
