I'm not sure what it is but I've been hot in the NFL the last few weeks at a record of 22-5. I think it?s that new TV I bought from when I had my 15-2 weekend.

301 Tampa Bay @ 37
302 New England

Under 37 SCRATCHED :cursin:

-TB defense has been solid on the road allowing 2 TDs per game. New England defense is not anything to brag about giving up 21+ points at home. But Tampa has a young QB at the helm and I can't see Gruden trying to throw the ball against Belichick's defense with Sims. Plus the Pat's run defense has allowed an average this season of 114 ypg, and I think Gruden will be running ball and they have been averaging 30 attempts for 117 ypg. With Brady banged up and Dillion healthy I think the Pats will be running the ball as well. I think this is going to be a smash mouth game with both teams running the ball. Therefore I like the under 37.

303 Kansas City @ 48
304 NY Giants

Over 48

- Its do or die for KC this week and the rest of the season. The offense has been on fire lately scoring 32.5 ppg in their last four games. NY Giants have a little breathing room with game lead on Dallas for the division. I believe this one will be a shootout and KC should be able to move the ball with that awesome O-line against a banged up Giant defense. NY should be able to score as well because they are averaging 29.7 ppg at home and this is against a bad defensive team who allows 21+ ppg. Let's just hope Eli doesn't suck and this one should be in the 50's.

Sunday's Plays

307 Pittsburgh @ -3
308 Minnesota

Pitt -3 going against the Worm :scared

- I can't believe I'm doing this but I'm opposite of the almighty Worm this week. I'm sure I'll regret this one.
My feelings about this game is I am not going to buy into Minny they are on a 6 game winning streak but they beat NYG cause of bad special teams and QB play. The total record of the teams they have beat in their 6-game win streak is 25-40, and NY was the only team they beat during this win streak with a winning record. Now Pitt is in a must win situation looking for the Wild Card. The Steelers defense has been solid on the road as well only allowing 15.7 ppg. Pittsburgh in my opinion is the flat out better team and I just can't imagine Minny winning its 7th straight against a good Pitt team.

319 Carolina @ -9.5
320 New Orleans

Carolina -9.5

- I wrote a thread on this already this week. Here what I posted.
This guy has only started 3 games and thrown 121 passes and completed 66 in 8 years. But he does have 9 TDs and 5 Ints and he has been in the Saints system for the past 3 years. But I just can't see the Saints doing anything with this guy against the Panthers. The Panthers D has only let up 16.5 ppg and a +.7 ppg on the road. The run D has been great allowing 81 yards rushing on the road. They have also held opposing QBs to an average of 19-34 for 56.9% on the road. The Saints are going to be forced to throw the ball with a back-up QB. To add Carolina is tied for the division lead with Tampa at 9-5. The Panthers will be ready to play in this division game. Carolina should put on beating the Saints!

323 Cincinnati @ -8
324 Detroit

Cincy -8

-Basically the Detroit franchise in some trouble. And love the fact the Detroit fans will be showing their support for the other team. I can't wait to watch this one. This is a good game for Cincy and Palmer to get back-on-track after last weeks close game with the Browns. I have a feeling Cincy will cover this line by halftime.

Other games I looked at were SD/Indy and Seattle/Tenn. I think SD will cover if not win outright. But maybe Indy really wants the record and I'm not getting in front of that train at home, I learned my lesson after Pitt. There are just too many variables to deal with. Seattle/Tenn of course early in the week I loved Seattle -7, but the more I thought about it this game could be a let down for the Hawks but they could seal up home field advantage so they should be ready to play and cover, but I just have a bad feeling about this one so I have decided to stay away.
Another thing I've been thinking about this week is you have 6 home dogs this week and I'm playing against three of them. If I had any balls I would play just the 6 dogs and watch them bark. But I am confident in my research and picks so we'll see how things turnout.

GL to all!

Just added Chicago -3.5
I've been smoking these past weeks and going to try and stay undefeated for today...Chicago coming off a loss they are at home at night, and Vick is hurting. ATL defense allows rushing 145 ypp. And the Bears rush at home for 138 ypp. ATL rushes the ball well on the road at 175 ypp while the Bears defense hold opposing teams at home to 78 ypp. Bears win at home by a TD. That total is a little scary to me and I'll take the Bears laying the points at home!
GL to all!
