I'd like to wish an early happy 40th to an American acting legend Scott Baio.

I ended up getting some time to handicap today so i made two plays.

Tampa Bay +150 over BOSTON 500/750

Boston is stuggling in every way imaginable. Tampa has an inconsistent starter going (as does Boston), but at least they have a more consistent middle relief at this point and the hotter lineup.

WHITE SOX +150 over Yankees 500/750

Pettite has been off and the Sox are just pounding lefites. This game should get to the bullpens and I like Howry and Foulke for Chicago when rested.

I was also looking at those two games, and was thinking the TBAY / BOS game to be pretty much a toss-up at this point, so the +150 looks enticing.

In CHI, the WS do in fact eat up LEFTIES, and as you mentioned, PETTITE has not been consistent. They emotional wave may come to a crashing halt now for NYY as it's been a couple of days back now, and CLEMENS got his #20. Would not be surprised to see a lackluster game outta the PINSTRIPES tonite!

When is Willie Aames' birthday? One really shouldn't celebrate Scott Baio without the other half of that fabulous show "Charles in Charge."

One thing I will say about Baio, though -- he got some pretty fine women in his day. He had Pam Anderson before she became the dirty whore she is today.

Your plays today? Your reasoning on Boston-TB points me to the over more, I think. Good luck!
