A couple chalk plays for Friday...

10-4 +28.6* - A little bit cold right now, but going to play the following:

La-Monroe @ Kansas - The one thing I know about KU is they're as deep as any team in the country including North Carolina. Sure Rush is out, but Kansas has enough offensive firepower to extend the margin and win by 30+ points IMO.

Kansas -26 for 8*

Sacramento State @ Kansas State - The Michael Beasley show will begin in Manhatten on Friday night and Kansas State has a pair of lottery picks on their team. Wildcats should roar in front of a sellout crowd and win BIG.

Kansas State -22 for 5*

I respect KU's depth and talent, as well. However, LA Mon has a decent team that returns all 5 starters. They have some depth, as well.

Also, I was looking at playing KState tonight, but I think Hoskins is out and Bill Walker may be out, too. GL.

12-4 +41.6* now for the season... I'll take 75% and I have decided to start being more selective... too early in the season to make a bunch of plays everyday.

Late Night Special:

San Diego +9 for 4* - Hawaii doesn't look very good this season while San Diego looks like the better club and getting 9 points with the better team is solid value.

Nice start D! Looks like both Kansas teams are gonna be tough this year.

13-4 +45.6* - Being selective will help my record and let me add units slowly. I was playing every game to start the season, but going to be way more selective.

Kansas & Kansas State look very tough. They should battle for the Big 12 title... Kansas State had 3 starters out tonight, but they have the best freshman in the nation, Michael Beasley and he'll be a lottery pick. Kansas is deeper than any team outside North Carolina this year & really don't even need Rush, but they'll be much better when he's added to the lineup.
