Gibber1 point I was trying to make there is lots of other news then Iraq. They just cant seem to find it. They could even talk about how much safer we are not here at home since 9/11. You know there is just so much BS that Iraq is coming here with a bomb it unreal. If we want to star a war witch is not the American way. Just start it but they need not BS us why. We just seem to lose track that the guys causeing us all our problems came from Saudi. Thats the country next door to Iraq. Iraq did not do 9/11. In fact we have no proof Iraq ever did anything to us. Will they? I dont know. May Saudi money back some more damage to us. I would say yes. All I say is report all the news not half. Chit im going back to CNN. At least I here we got 6% unemploment here. Health cost are going out of site. Theres a missing girl in California. Stock are going in the chitter again. But I could have told everyone that would happen under Bush. His Dad didn't have a clue either about domestic issues. Thats why he only lasted 1 term. I guess the Kid learn from his dad. DJV - you make a great point about the news. One of the big failings our media has is that they pick and choose stories to fit their agendas - right or left. Homocide rate in So Cal ghetto hoods at all time high - bangers killing bangers. Missing children. Missing women. The most corrupt governor in years. But we are subjected to Iraq, Iraq, and more Iraq. As you mention, economy is in crapper. New tax proposals seem poorly thought out. This place is a mess - a nicer mess than other countries - but still a mess.
