A look ahead to Game 5 back at the Shark Tank

Apparently hockey players are pretty much immune to jet lag, though. Both teams practiced this afternoon at Sharks Ice. The Detroit Red Wings got into their San Jose hotel a little after 2 a.m. Saturday, but they still laced up the skates for a spirited, 30-minute workout.

Only Johan Franzen and Pavel Datsyuk did not skate. Detroit coach Mike Babcock said they both had maintenance days and would be fine for Sunday?s Game 5 at HP Pavilion.

I just think the Sharks were so focused on closing it out they played a different game. And of course, Detroit was backed into a corner, at home to boot. Well, I say when you swim with sharks, you may get bitten. I'm big on San Jose tonite.
