Since the All Star break is coming up, I will take this slow time in the forum time to ask a rather hypothetical question that I have been meaning to pose. If you dont keep a tally of your own $$ totals, read no further as this probably wont interest you ........I will divide it up into 3 parts. The question is, basically, how do you treat mistakes etc. as far as your own personal bookeeping & record keeping goes?
1) Let's say you make personal mistake with your online book. You know, punch in $25 instead of $250 Or, punch in the wrong team & don't find out about it until you go to balance up. Do you count the $25 play or do you count the $250 play in your personal unit totals for the season (or day). If you punch the wrong team, do you "reverse " it in your books ? Or, lets say you are in a hurry and forget to hit the "confirm" bar on a $500 winning play. And dont realize it until the next day whan you wonder where your bucks are?
2) How about if your man doesn't pay.............Like Aces Gold or Camelot for instance. Or your local sings Del Shannon's "Runaway." In what column do you put your money lost? Do you consider it a loss and figure it in your units total or just consider it no action & forget about it?
3) What if your man isn't home for you winning bet. Or, your online site is down & you have a winner , you want to lay multi units on it but cant play it. I know you cant add it in your $ totals as money won, but in that personal record book that we all keep, do you count any of that when you reflect on your day, week or season is over? You know,do you take a mental credit for the big win?
Hope everybody takes a nice mental break for the next 3 days & Hits Em Extremely Hard Next Weekend...............THE HITMAN

1) I would tally whatever the play I made with my sportsbook in my records as if thats what I wanted to do. If I make a mistake most of the time there is time to buy back the bet.

2) I would add that into my 'fees' column. I keep my fees and bonuses earned seperate from gambling wins or loses. So basically I would write it off as a huge withdrawl fee. :D

3) If I cant make the play its not a wager. No record of it at all.

Have a good break.
