A Tip Question

This is an issue I have with tipping as well. Same service, different price, different tip. I hear some restauarnts are banning tipping altogether and paying a base salary with benefits and shares in the restauarant and they're doubling their profits. I think that's the way things are going to go. Prices will be higher but they'll probably be a little less than what you were paying before which included the tip.
15% is the going rate in the South and in Baltimore/DC, too.
