Couple of games that show a little interest this week. Like the hawks getting 28.5 in perth on friday night, although the dons have owned the dees in recent times I think the dees getting 21.5 is also pretty solid. And how about the +30 theory which has shown a great strike rate throughout the season. This would mean carlton +40.5 would also get a nod. Looking forward to seeing what your system comes up with pawa.

Fletcher and Gardiner out, but still tough to go against the Eagles at home.

Will wait until game time, but like the Dee's with the points.....hopefully (well, not for you, bomber!!) there is some rain about ;)

Sydney -21.5. Freo really starting to struggle lately. Had only 39 inside 50's to 53 last week!! Only Brisbane and West Coast have done better than this spread in Sydney this year.

LOVE Kanga's this week @ 1.45!! Geelong won only 1 of last 8 interstate. Kanga's bounce back after last weeks disaster.

Kanga's/Sydney/Adelaide treble @ 2.35ish is fantastic value IMO.

What's you feeling about my Doggies, bomber. Are we officially on a roll? :D

Mr C, picked your dogs last week on a hunch and have tipped them this week to take care of the tigers. The tigers tall forward structure could pose some problems for the doggies short defense but still think the dogs can get home here. I'm hoping they win enough games to leave carlton on the bottom again and personally, I think the dogs/dons game is a danger game in 3 weeks time. Definitely think they will win a few more before seasons end. Your right about a rainy sat. at the MCG. The dons usually perform terrible in the wet conditions which definitely gives the dees the upper hand, especially getting as many points as they are.

the land of confusion
Agree with MrC on my Roos to bounce back (great record at Manuka Oval ;) ) and Sydney to deflate Fremantle's finals aspirations. Would add West Coast to his multi though.
Stay away from Carlton getting a bucket full of points as the %'s drop off on the +30 formula around this time of the season.
Geez.....Collingwood could beat them by 100!!! :D

Yep...They just might! :D

Getting rid of Melbourne as a play. The reason they have a crap record against Ess. is that Fletcher always gives Nietz a pasting.
No reason why he won't again.

Might just stick with my treble......but the best 2 handicap bets IMO are Hawthorn +29.5 and Sydney -21.5.

Good luck with Port, PAWA.

Like me Dogs to continue their good run :D (Stafford out ;) )

Also taking hawthorn as I think they can stick with the eagles tonight. Still think the dees are good value tomorrow but hoping to be very wrong. Also gonna ride the roos and sydney out with you guys in a treble with Adelaide. Also, going to the brisbane/port game tomorrow night which should be a ripper! Hoping port steal the points:D

Fletch, it is winter down here at the moment mate. In live in queensland where it is still 70-75 during the day time so we still get to witness some quality looking women on the beach.;) In regards to the games though mate, there is usually a super soft game( the closest thing to a lock) every 2-4 weeks. Nothing stands out this week mate but check the site from week to week and one of us aussies will pick you a winner or 2 mate. Kangaroos are good value at 1.45 if you like ml's.:D

Hawks up by 4 at the main break in a low scoring battle. Don't know about you Mr C but I sure am feeling quite relaxed up here with 28.5 in the hand. Let's hope I didn't just jinx us for the remainder but things looking good for the time being.:grins:

Geeeez! As good as everything has been travelling the past month or so I thought I could get away with the early call. Sorry about that Mr C! Honestly though, how does a side kick 4 points in a half? Reminded me of the melbourne game earlier in the year where the same thing happened. Oh well, we'll just have to fire back at em' :firing: in the next 7 games!

A couple of hard fought wins by the roos and dons keeps us happy till next week pawa! Seems like a 2 horse race for that final spot in the 8 mate. Don't know if they televised it down south for some of you blokes but the port/bris game tonight was a great game to watch. 3 dubious decisions in brisbane's favour in the first half kept things closer than they should have been at the main break but at the end of the night it was an absolute cracker. Think adelaide cover against the saints tomorrow at home and leaning on sydney also. Pies will be much too strong for the blues. Mr C, I guess richmonds forward set up did get the better of the doggies short defense mate:confused: Did you watch the game?

Watched Brissy/Port game on Fox, bomber, and have to say it was the best game I've seen for a very long time!

Luckily enough we got the Rugby live on free-to-air and Dogs game was delayed until 9.30ish...by which time I was 3/4 shot and not all that concerned tbh!!

Happy to see the Swannies have a big last quarter to get the treble up.

How about that free-kick to Lloyd with 5 mintues to go hey!! Wouldn't have changed the result, but honestly....how bad are umpires going these days :nono:

Lloyd's free was ridiculous and quickly put an end to what still could have been a tight finish. Lynch got one in the goal square in the brissy game also which was dodgy. It's amazing how much of an impact the crowd has over the umpires. 22-11 in the bris/port game in favour of the home team and it felt like 30-5. Some of the frees on the night were so 'soft' it was a joke. It's getting to the stage where it's going to be touch footy. Something has to be done quickly in regards to the umpiring because the level of it is continually declining. Makes it very frustrating to watch especially when it is against your side or you have a little wager on it!
