Air Force at UNLV

Is the altitude worth a 10 pt swing in the line. UNLV lost at AF 75-71 as a 1 pt dog. AF comes to Vegas tonight as a 9- pt dog. At first glance I liked UNLV at home, but upon further review the line seems a bit strange. Any comments are welcome.

Very similar situation with New Mex and SDSU. SDSU loses as a 1- pt fav at NMex, but now they are a 9- pt fav at home?????? Just seems like huge line swings to me.
