Has anyone else noticed that every time the wind blows the airlines either say Sep 11 or cost of fuel they need to raise the cost of flying. I understand business is business but I have also noticed that when fuek cost go down somehow or another the airlines forget to lower fees. Just ranting just sick and tired of the same old crap over and over

On the course!
Airfare remains one of the few things that actually seems to stay low compared to everything else. You can always find bargains if you look, too.

I just don't think I've paid that much more for too many flights over the last 15 or so years.

I agree.

I haven't paid a cent for flying the last 2 years due to frequent flyer miles. I'm glad I've always saved them and later on after I got out of college I signed up for a credit card or two that gave me some miles as well.
