Vazquez has been quite putrid lately and the Rays have a rock-solid home-field edge-edge.

I also like the Rays to lead through 5 more than I like the Bengals to win the Superbowl.

Rays over4.5 -108 is also tempting.
Score 5 or 6 and the runline should plate.

Surprisingly, Rays aren't smoking lefties like they did last season. Buehrle will give the 'Sox a better chance today. No value on either side, IMO. I'll pull for the Rays to make my series play more promising.

Kazmir has been the Rays worst starter, yes, worse than even Sonnastine and Jackson, for the second half of the season. If Rays win, it will likely be late inning comeback, which is highly possible, but much too much chalk in game 2 to consider Rays with Kazmir v. Buerhle.

Lowest call in the playoffs so far--basically a coin-toss. Rays some trouble vs lefties this season, especially on the road. Same matchup at Tropicana would see a 57 or 58 on the Rays. I might push my luck--for the sweep--if the Cubs can pull it off tonight, otherwise I might just hope for at least one series to end on Sunday to pay off my series' plays. Couple of better plays in the NFL so maybe not. Procrastination will have to wait for later...we got ball presently.

Tempting. Price has really dropped. Thing is I still have the series play so I'd like to see termination. A bit worried, now, as Buehrle would likely go in game 5 and might pull the stunner in Tampa. Think I'll spectate. Not finding great lines like in the early playoff rounds like last year.

'Sox look promising. Sonnanstine is sub-par, IMO, but I made a similar comment about Dave Bush a few days ago. Lessee if I can anti-jinx another one...you suck, Andy!

Only value in a game #5 would be 'Sox. Shields would be expensive. 'Sox would have serious momentum. Flippin' series plays.
