NFL YTD: 29-32 (-6.62*)
Top Plays (included above): 1-1 (-0.15*)

Definitely a few games I like today, and then a few games I have an opinion or ANGLE I'm going to try a play on, and then likely a couple more plays to try and move closer to a winning record for the season, and then maybe a couple more if something appeals, and it could all add up to a big card for me. And I really haven't done many write-ups behind my plays this season, so I felt like going for it.

A few games I like, and then the rest in no particular order . . .

Missouri(-4') over Texas A&M (1*
)
- - No team has been better to me this season than Missouri, and their 22 and bench can definitely carry my cash with a charged purpose tonight.

Baylor(-13') over TCU (1*)

- - Always a risk IMO in the NCAA or NFL in backing a team after their first loss after being so long undefeated. But this is still a magical season for Baylor, and I see them tapping into some piss and vinegar, in contrast to the sad sacks playing for Oregon. Also fair to say Baylor has some scores to settle as well with TCU, which I don't think has found these two weeks of Bowl-less preparation as a great sendoff to their campaign.

Ohio State(-15) over Michigan (1*)

- - I was talking about how shocked I was when I went on line on Sunday while at a buddy's house and saw this line at -12. But I rarely do any capping or trigger pulling early in the week, and it is what it is when it comes to my capping percentages. I'll be shocked if Michigan keeps this game within 12 points, and I'm taking my chances they won't keep it within 15 points, either.

Minnesota(+17) over Michigan State (1*)
- - I don't think Minnesota plans on being merely the pin cushion at a coronation, and brings a rugged defense and running game off a rugged tussle with Wisconsin to test that proposition. I cap the huge emotional games in the Michigan State season as being a clinching effort last week and a championship opportunity next week, and I'll take all dem points in this senior day sandwich.

Clemson(+3) over South Carolina (1*)
- - Pretty sure I can come up with several reasons why I would have preferred less of a line movement on this dog, but I need to trust my capping in this spirited renewal.

Its hard for me to believe that Clemson will be able to go into South Carolina and cover.

South Carolina has Conner Shaw and the dude is heroic in games like this.

This game is 45 min ahead of Missouri and SC has to win for a chance to play in SEC championship game.

I don't care for Clowney much but he has really gotten into Boyds head over the years and Clemson has not beaten them for awhile now.

Give the edge to Spurrier also.

why you think Clemson can cover this ?

Hey KOD,

I think Clemson is not as well coached as South Carolina, but I think this edition is pretty stacked and has answers for this Carolina team if they are on task; whether or not Clemson can play big away from Death Valley and earn a signature win (or get their hearts broken by 3 or less) against a rival that has had the number of these seniors is probably going to sink me.

I'm pretty sure this game has no impact on whether Carolina ties Missouri at 6-2 and wins the tiebreaker.

While his Gamecocks take on No. 6 Clemson, Missouri will be playing 19th-ranked Texas A&M. If No. 5 Missouri wins, the Tigers are in the Southeastern Conference title game. Missouri needs to lose for South Carolina to get in its second SEC championship game.

What I meant was that Missouri has to lose for SC to get in.

But SC will have to take care of business ahead of the Missouri game

Agree 100% with your analysis on both games.

Auburn(+11') over Alabama (1*)
- - This take from another site sort of but not quite sums up my thinking: "Either Auburn hangs due to a masterful coaching job by Malzahn(and a few bounces their way) or Bama wins rather easily . . . I think Auburn matches up terribly vs Bama from a handicapping perspective . . . However, certain variables cannot be capped . . . I'll probably stay away or hope Auburn gets up early so I can live bet Bama at a better price." . . . Well I'll hope Auburn gets the early jump and then look for insurance at half time . . . Loser strategy looking for action on this one, and wondering what the line would be but for the miracle play against Georgia.

Wisconsin(-24) over Penn State (1*)
- - My preseason thoughts on Penn State were they would be very well coached again, but were too thin to be strong in November, and would be very hard pressed to ride the same emotional edge as last year. I believed that last week, but I had no guts or confidence to play a crappy Nebraska team against them on Senior Day. After a season of overtime thrillers, I like how my preseason assessment has looked after 11 weeks filled with overtime thrillers as they match up against an even better coached monster in Madison.

Northwestern(-3)(-130) over Illinois (1*)
- - My first take was Northwestern, but I don't like giving the points; my next take was this will be a wild one, and I want nothing to do with either side; my final take is that a hard luck Northwestern squad is going to be the relentless one here and can carry my cash.

what are u even talking about

It all comes down to this for Missouri. The Tigers control their own destiny: Win and they're in the SEC championship game. Lose and they get to watch South Carolina stroll into Atlanta. So the task is clear with a sellout crowd expected and a stadium "blackout" against the Aggies. Texas A&M is coming off its worst loss of the Kevin Sumlin era, a 34-10 road defeat to LSU, and is basically playing for bowl positioning and trying to work toward a second straight 10-win season.

because you were talking about the clemson game game and how south carolina could "Take care of business early", but as for the sec race, their game with clemson means nothing because it is nonconference.
