under has hit just once in last 12 games, or something like that. Anybody got the stats? But Roy won't play in Olympics, so that's one goalie who might make some effort.

The only thing that keeps me from hitting the OV hard is that it's an olympic year. Will players back off and take it easy so as not to hurt themselves for the olympics? Possibly, but if anything I think this would have a much greater effect on defensive play than offensive...no defensive all-star wants to be responsible for another player missing the olympics by checking them hard during a game with no significance. There's no hitting or hard checking in All-Star games ever anyway so one must assume that offensive players will have lots of room to maneuver.
