Or is this just the way it is. When I make a parlay bet, my book charges me both the points and the money line. In other words I do not get the full 13-5 payout. Depending on the ML, if i bet teo favorites I may get 10-5 but I also have to lay the points. Is this right? Sorry for the stupid question but I am a newbie at this.

I am not sure what you are asking, bu will tell you this.
If you are bettin moneyline favs that are more than -110 than the payout will be less then if you were just betting ATS. 13-5 payout is on teams that you bet ATS that are -110.

Looks like yyz is right and I ain't even getting kissed! I am getting less than -110 and also giving points. Thank you guys. I will be looking for a new online book.
I agree that it appears you are getting the shaft. However, you might occasionally find a favorite at -2.5 or -3 or -3.5 at -120. This is rare - but happens. If you are getting the short end each time, get out of there in a hurry.
