just because you are not superstitious doesn't mean others aren't.

I don't believe in jinxes. I do think it's bush league to brag or cheer about a possible winner at half-time.

If my local rec league team can be down 6 at the end of the third quarter then outscore the opponent 20-5 in the fourth to win by 9, anything can and many times does happen.

BTW - I have still yet to meet a quality, winning handicapper that either brags or claims winning a game at halftime. Doing so really emphasizes a cappers lack of experience.

Juice and Barfly...my reasoning for bringing this to the table is for this reason...I hate seeing posts where people say "fix" or "jinx"...if ya havent been in the trenches of any major sport then UR spouting off at the nouth cause ya lost some bucks...but what U dont understand is that there R players who may lose a job over a what U cazll a fix play....many players R playing for their jobs so that is why I posted earlier stop the fix crap...and as for the fix thing...Juice and Barfly try and understand this....I have heard from own ears from players who come back to the dougout and say man this ump wont let me go thru my rituals he keeps bitching saying I am taking too much time at the plate or when the pitcher comes off the field they R saying did ya notice I stepped on the chalk before the last inning, thats why Strawberry took me deep....its comments like that to where I looked at the pitcher and hitter and shook my head and went stop blaming U failures on others and look at urself...its not a jinx its YOU damnit U curveball isnt shit LOL...I do understand others views that they hate it when people posts early wins or brag about it...I guess I am just a person who is laid back and doesnt care what they say it doesnt effect me suring a game...and UR right Barfly I havent seen a great handicapper brag at halftime or anytime until the game is over...but ya gotta understand their arent many professional handicappers in here...so his posts didnt bother me I just go about my business and say hm if I could jinx this game I could be making millions on jinxing them my way....(If only I could LOL)...GL to U 2 the rest of the way
