Thought I'd layoff the SD/LAD. Way too many unders for me to consider a totals play, while SD as a live dog was intriguing.

So, decided to lay some $$$ on Anaheim (what I thought was an overlay on the A's). But guess what, Angels LOSE and get SHUTOUT while squandering numerous chances to score. 7 runners left in scoring position, no less!! Glaus grounds out into a DP with bases loaded and no outs in the 4th. And TWICE they had runners on 1st and 2nd and with no one out.

At least the Dodgers scored a run tonite. So :moon: :thefinger Anemic Angels.

I am looking for the same kind of anemic offense tomorrow night when they face Seattle Mariners. Freddy Garcia should be able to stop them w/ no problems. I like the Mariners - 135 tomm.

Thanks Gibber, and GL to you. Today was my first losing day in 2 weeks, actually. But it hurt a lot, went 0-4 and saw my bankroll decline by 60%. Gotta play mind games with myself and treat tomorrow as if I just started with a new bankroll.

Yup, Glaus couldn't come up big with bases loaded AND with runners on 1st and 2nd and no outs. Probably couldn't lay down a bunt when needed, either.

But gotta give props to Dye and T. Long for those two tremendous catches in the 9th........ Nah, on second thought, damn those two mo'fos!!! :fingerc: :nooo: :moon:
