A MIGHTY HEART, a film based on Wall Street Journal writer Daniel Pearl and the book of the same name by his wife Mariane Pearl, arrives in theaters June 22 and stars Academy Award winner Angelina Jolie, Dan Futterman, Archie Panjabi, Irrfan Kahn, and Will Patton. Michael Winterbottom, best known for his socially-conscious films, “Welcome to Sarajevo” and “The Road to Guantanamo” directs.
The evening celebrates Daniel Pearl’s strong commitment to global truth and understanding and the principles in which he lived his life.

i believe pearl was the joo journalist that was wandering around pakistan looking for terrorists....
i think he found them....
with a gun at his head, he was forced to say he was a jew, and that his family were jews, then khalid shiek mohammad sawed his head off with a big,dull knife....
synopsis of the movie:..."we need to understand the "root causes" and all that"....turrning pearl’s brutal murder into some moonbat parable.....on “global truth and understanding.”
the only saving grace would be if they signed rosie o`donnell to play khalid sheik mohammad....she`d be marvy.....all she`d have to do is stop shaving her body for a few days....
