ANGELS/ORIOLES Under 9 -120 - For whatever reason, the Orioles have hit better on the road than here at home this season. Baltimore is averaging just 3.91 runs per home game, with the Under going 13-8, 61.9% in those contests. Their starter Ponson has a good home ratio of 1.27, limiting opposing batters to a .234 batting average at Camden Yards. He did allow 4 runs on 9 hits in 6 innings vs. these Angels at Anaheim last week, but he has been terrific in his last 2 home starts, allowing only 3 runs and 10 hits in 15 innings. Sele allowed 5 runs in 6 innings in his last start vs. the O?s, but only 3 of those runs were earned. In fact, he has not allowed more than 3 earned runs in any of his last 4 starts vs. Baltimore since the 2000 season. The Angels are averaging 4.43 runs per road game, which though not terrible, is well below their home average of 5+.
