ANGELS/RANGERS Over 11 ?110 - Lackey was a Rookie of the Year candidate for the Angels when Anaheim won the World Series two years ago, but he regressed badly last season, going 10-16 overall with a 4.63 ERA and a rather high 1.42 ratio. He was awful on the road, going 2-10 with a 5.96 ERA and 1.61 ratio, and I do not expect him to suddenly get well facing this potent Texas lineup that put up 12 runs yesterday. Rogers actually pitched well in his first start in Oakland, but he did not fool these Anaheim batters in two starts against them last season, allowing a total of 9 earned runs on 17 hits and 3 walks in 12.2 innings. These clubs have gone Over in 8 of their last 9 head-to-head meetings here in Texas, and I am expecting more of the same tonight.
