This week...play N.C. St. at +6

I'm with ya'll on the NC State, the Terps are a respectable team but I look for Phillip Rivers to help the Wolfpack bounce back this week from that rough game against Ga Tech.

I like that play and picked that this week. This info makes me feel better. I think NCST is still a good team. Maryland is playing well but I do believe that 6 is a little too many against NCST.

Looks like a good angle, but I learned long ago that betting against teams that are streaking like Maryland, not the best use of hard earned cash. The Terps have won 5 in a row and have a relatively small number to conquer. NC State coming off a poor outing. Won't be playing game, but never like chances of fading a team as hot as Maryland. Good luck to all of you who take a stab at this one!

There is another trend that someone posted here back at the beginning of the season that is: Play on an unranked favored home team against a ranked road dog. It was posted if I remember correctly about UCLA and Arizona St game which hit. So this is a problem because we have to huge trends that go against one another.

I believe that system is for college hoops.. Actually, I know it is, and it worked quite well last year..

i use that system for football as well as hoops. it went 5-4 in 2000, 4-2 in 2001 & 2-2 this year. i will not use it this game as maryland is ranked in the coaches poll.
