? The University of South Florida?s offensive line depth might have taken another blow when back-up RT Jared Carnes was carted off the practice field Wednesday with an ice bag taped to his right knee. ?I don?t know what happened to him,? USF coach Jim Leavitt said. ?He might be sore a little bit. It might be good or bad, I don?t know what it is.? The Bulls are already short-handed up front and will face No. 17 Auburn without starting center Nick Capogna, who suffered a knee injury against Elon. In other injury news, RB Moise Plancher, who suffered an ankle injury last week in practice that kept him out of the opener, also will not play Saturday. ?He?s not going to play this week,? Leavitt said. ?He wouldn?t play even if he was healthy, maybe. We have other guys rotating in and we have to get him back in the rotation.? LB Chris Robinson, who has been nursing an ankle injury since preseason camp, still is not 100 percent and could miss his second consecutive game. When asked how Robinson has looked in practice this week, Leavitt said, ?Not great, but [Wednesday] he was pretty decent.? Reserve center Sampson Genus (ankle) and CB Tyller Roberts (hamstring) practiced Wednesday. Leavitt said Roberts ?went all out? and has looked good all week.
