Afleet Alex came short last year from winning thoroughbred racing's most coveted honor, the Triple Crown. Afleet Alex couldn't do it and was defeated in the first leg of the series, the Kentucky Derby, by longshot Giacomo.

Racing fans have now waited 27 years for a 3-year-old to step up to the plate...or gate...and take all three races, the Kentucky Derby, Preakness, and Belmont to earn the Crown. Will this be the year? Catch the world's best 3-yr old horses as they gallop their way to horse racing immortality. Can they emulate Afleet Alex or will they step up a notch and give us a horse racing season to remember?

Time will tell...but you can make a
Kentucky Derby prediction... Will there be a Triple Crown winner this year?
