BJ had a quick look at the stock, here are my thoughts:
1. the stock has not made a profit, and loss money since 2004. not sure when they plan to make a profit.
2. they have plenty of competition in this field. not sure, they seem to have won some interesting deals.
3. not sure if these deals are one time, or recurring. believe one time. read the article not sure though how much profit and the impact on the stock. does sound interesting however how much to the bottom line.
4. 52 week high 52 week low 1.25 .23 closed .50
this may sound strange however a small cap stock, spec, I like it when it is trading near its high, or making new highs. or if the stock is moving up quickly, on news, hype, new story ect. this seems to be sitting.
5. On a positive note: their technology look good, as they have Licensed a deal with Canwest (large media company in Canada), with Rogers and RIM. for a wireless video content. channel.
great partners, just not sure how much revenue they hope to get, or the cashflow or earings from the deal.... maybe more research.
6. this company loves press releases. and is going to make presentations at conferences, this is probably good since they have to get more coverage.
worth watching, would maybe wait to buy, until more news.
