Wait..........you eat one meal in the evening? Have you ever read anything about eating small meals all day long? Protein in the morning to star your metabolism.

My son said it really doesn't matter, anything is better than nothing at all. He couldn't believe you ate just one meal when you got home from work. So, I guess just juice something that tastes good to you?
yes , done that for 30 years ..... have tried to force my self in morning to eat but I don't like it ... that's why I'm looking into something I can drink ...
not trying to be a dick here , But doesn't matter from a guy after his masters in Eastern medicine and JUICES .... :shrug:
Don't forget to exercise alittle. What's a 20 or 30 minute walk a day? Let that stress out of you......
