Anybody want to comment on Quincy Carter's Performance?

There's no doubt that he has. I could go on for a while, but whats the use ... see my Houston Backers post below ...
i have never EVER seen a worse QB than Carter!!
he is a horid QB to watch...
short passes, he bullets the ball to a receivers ankles..
and on longer passes his release point is so low he floats the ball..
he makes bad decisions...
he throws into double coverage
he telegraphs every throw by locking on one recevier!
he doesnt know how to lead a receiver..
he has no concept of defensive packeges, did you see him audible once?
i could go on and on..
unreal that he made it to this level!

Since Quincy is Jerry's guy and Jerry has such an ego, Quincy will be the starter. Do you think Jerry will admit he was wrong picking Quincy so high in the draft? Campo is gone by the midway point of the season and Jerry is coaching?

Personally I think he had a great performance, he and that one receiver were locked on all night and looked fantastic playing catch.

i'm a Cowboys fan and nothing hurt more than watching a the expansion Texans beat up on a lame Cowboys offence......Q. Carter has got to be better, those throws in the 2nd half were horrible, can someone tell him that A. Glenn does NOT play for the 'Boys!?!

Quincy Carter = Ryan Leaf redux
In Carter's defense, he doesn't seem to have nearly the bad attitude of Leaf, he just hasn't 'gotten it' yet in the NFL, and he may not ever get it. He did look horrible last night against an expansion team and that doesn't bode well for his future.
As far as Jerry Jones, he didn't make all those millions by not being able to make a tough decision. He will say publicly how he is behind Carter 1000% or whatever cliche sounds good at the time, but if his Cowboys are 1-7 at midseason I think you'll hear a different tune.
