Islanders came back from 0-3 to beat my Penguins, believe it was in 78 or thereabouts.

1975 Islanders beat Pittsburgh in the quarterfinals after being down 0-3, only other time was in the 1942 finals, the Maple Leafs beat Detroit, just looked it up.
