I have been watching it the past couple of weeks on the travel channel, and I must say I have never played poker, I am not really into cards, would rather throw dice, but watching this has me interested.

Last night down to the final three, one guy has Ace 10 off suit, goes all in, the other guy goes all in and has pair of Kings. The blind comes up 10, 10, Q, so the guy with three 10's is siting in the drivers street, next card up King, crowd goes nuts. Guy needs a 10 for the win, card is flipped it's a 9 and he's done, very exciting.

Just want to know if anyone who plays poker watches this and finds it as interesting as I do. I like the fact they throw up the graphics of the lingo and the odds of a certain person winning a hand and so forth, helps out the newbies.

I can't remember who posted the link to the Travel channel for the schedule, but thank you.

I do and like it. If I miss orginal brodcast. They always have a follow up. Yes Ace, 10 all in. I said that seems touch lite for all in.
But last week some one went all in with King, Jack. So what do I know.

I've seen every episode and love it!!!

I love how they have the little cameras so you can see the cards and you know if the guy has a good hand or is full of shit.

One question I have is, that if I was one of these pro's, I would be tapeing every show and watching how these guys play different strength hands... I would think with enough research you would be able to pick up a lot of your competitors TELLS!!!

Kansas City area for who knows how long....
Haven't seen the TV stuff, but

Haven't seen the TV stuff, but

I was at the Bellagio few hours ago and they are filming it there now.

Down to 15 guys when I left as hockey games starting. This is the $25000 buy in No Limit Hold 'em.

Doyle Brunson was far away the leader with---and this is quite a sight to see in person----$900,000 chips in front of him!

If anyone is in the neighborhood at high noon tomorrow (fri 18th), they will film the last episode of the series. It is the final table tomorrow. Episode will be shown June 25 sez here at official site

Bellagio a fine place to hang for sportsbettors, as the poker room is right next to the race/sportsbook. The filming is done next to that. You can sit in the extremely comfortable highback swivel chairs with TV in racebook area if you make even little $2 bets occasionally on the ponies. Then you stay as long as you want and get comped free drinks.

Take two elevated walkways across street and you can get dime baseball lines at Barbary Coast. Not to mention the famous "Fat Elvis" impersonator there! Very good voice.

There's a guy named Luis Milanes playing.
He was the owner of some casinos in Costa Rica.
He paid investors 3-4 percent per month in dollars and skipped out with over $240 million dollars.
