I'm not there, but judging from weather map, it's a ppd.

and Royals official site has rainout policy posted over the score for tonight's game.

The storm is pretty much finished. If they haven't called it already, I would suspect they can get started soon. I live a few miles from the complex, but the only thing foreseeable to hold the restart up would be lightning.
