For almost a year now we have been putting everything in place to start a NASCAR Busch Grand National Team. We have purchased our first car and we are currently working on a motor program. We are also pleased to announce that Mardy Lindley, has come on board as our driver, and a program is being established for him to remain with us and make a run at NASCAR Busch Series Rookie of the year next year. We are currently building the team to run a maximum of 7 races with Mardy this year which will allow him to run for rookie of the year next year. This is where your opportunity lies. We need a springboard of cash to take the next step and begin racing this year. If you are a true NASCAR fan you know that it takes quite a substantial sum of money to field a team. Most of this comes from the major sponsors, however there is a need for cash up front to begin. Most teams are owned by a wealthy owner who fronts this money first. Ours is not that case. Before they built the actual team they sold what are called PSL's or Permanent seat liscenses. These PSL's sold for several thousand dollars each. Memberships are considered to be "Honorary Ownerships" and they do not carry actual stock percentages of the team, so as owner of the team I have decided to incorporate the following plan into the teams charter. A seperate Fund will be set up called the "Gifts for Honorary Owners Fund". After each race we participate in an amount equal to 5% of the monies won for that race, including all contingencies, will be deposited into this fund. Also 5% from any money netted from the sale of memorabilia, apparel or other team related items will be deposited into this fund. And last , a percentage of monies received as sponsorship money, as directed or allowed by the sponsor, will also be deposited to this fund. At the end of each season ALL MONEY IN THIS FUND will be divided equally between the 1000 Honorary Owners as a gift from the team for your faith in putting up the original springboard cash to launch the team.
