Anyone know a good spam blocker

would prefer a free one if anyone knows where i can find it. it's for a friend of mine who is using a Mac, and Entourage email, I know nothing about either so any help would be appreciated.

I was using a freeware called "MailWasher" ...it was a little cumbersome but worked ok.
