Cmon guys you have to have notice this. The NBA favorite son Lebron gets most of the press with the olympic shit on ESPN. Kobe gets his fair share but the bad guy in the NBA minds is Camelo. He doesnt get dick until the end. Its like clock work. "watch Lebron do this" watch Lebron do that" Kobe did this oh and by the way Carmelo again led all scores with 30 points.:mj07: Carmelo the bad guy in ESPN and the NBA eyes. Its pathetic. Im not even an Anthony fan but its a joke what they keep doing. Maybe Anthony needs to dunk more?

It is pathetic. And I will add the disclaimer that I am a huge Melo fan, but still...

For some reason I have the NBA page as my homepage, so I always see the little blurbs on there when I open my internet browser and I noticed the other day before their final game the caption was something like..."Can Lebron James lead team USA to victory?" Lame...

I was listening to Rome the other day and Billups was on and he asked him who was the best player in the NBA right now, and Billups said Kobe, but Lebron could be soon. Then Rome asked him, but isn't Melo playing the best right now? And Billups says, yes... So who is the best player in the NBA? I'm not saying Melo is the best overall, but if Rome is asking the question in the present and Melo is playing the best, then...give the kid a little credit!

Anyway, I predict Melo will be leading scorer in the NBA this year.

Oh yeah, did I mention....GO NUGGETS!

Hippo these leagues cater to the "god guy" Why i hated when Iverson went to Denver. He has the bad rep and Melo has the bad rep and there is no way your team will get anywhere if the NBA has a say about it. They are so vested in Lebron it makes you want to hate the kid. Melo had that fight last season and it tarnished his name. You just watch some way some how eventually Lebron will get a very good player to play along side of him for basically nothing. Kobe was the darling and somehow they got him Shaq. Larry Brown was their new lover and somehow he got Rasheed for next to nothing. Spurs with Duncan are just a great front office that doesn't need help. Im real interested in seeing what happens to Boston this year because Garnett always has stayed out of trouble. Problem is that Pierce hasn't. Kobe's rape really pissed the NBA off and im pretty sure his title days are over.
