Hiya all
just finished reading the book by Chad Miillman "The Odds,1 season 3 gamblers,and the death of their Las vegas",
figure you guys must have read books similar. you recommend any to me?
what best gambling books you read?
Not about how to win but about gamblers themselves:)

Yep hogman, just finished reading "Bringing Down The House." Great book! There is a movie coming out about that pretty soon.:cool:

Right now I'm reading "The Education of a Poker Player" by Herbert Yardley, which is old, but an excellent read.

...some of the better books that i've read along those lines are....

Big Deal by Anthony Holden

The Hand I Played by David Spanier

The Biggest Game in Town by Alvarez

...but by far the winner is....

Amarillo Slim in a World Full of Fat People by...yep, you guessed it.... Amarillo Slim

edit: damn, I almost forgot "Positively Fifth Street" by James McManus, which was a great read about the World Series of Poker and the death of Teddy Binion. Thumbs Up!!! :thumb:
