that was the most pathetic 5th inning I have ever seen. Braves up 2-1 and make 4 errors. Not to mention Andruw Jones lazy act allowing runners tomove up. I am from Atlanta and can tell u that they will NOT make the playoffs simply bc of this crap.

Forgot to mention that Chipper Jones is the most overrated premadonna acting player I have ever seen.
I also live in Atlanta and do not know why I bet either way with this team. Agree with your comment on Chipper. Our office is going to game on Monday, so I best not bet so I can just pull for Braves.
I can't believe that they keep starting Rey Sanchez. He can't hit at all. Derosa was batting over .300 and they put him on the bench. What a good trade that was to add another weak hitter to an already weak lineup.
I wouldnt day Chipper is overrated as his states of 320 avg proves otherwise....not to dawg ya on this comment but with the rest of the Braves doing absolutely zero and noone stepping up we look for a veteran...he has produced but this team needs a shakeup and fast...This is not the team of the pasts and wont be with attitudes of veterans who R hitting a mere 255...just like the Dbacks here...great 1-2 pitchers but no hitting or hitters who produce runs by moving runners up....this is definately not the Braves of old...but this team has many diff names now and R not the teams of the past...but I question Phillys pitching and hitting to move past the Braves...but would love to see it
well, I dont know if any of u watch the braves on a regular basis, but Andrum Jones has that cocky fielding style. Nothing wrong with it bc he makes the plays, good ones to be correct. BUUUUT, tonight the bases were loaded with 0 outs. Fly ball to center. Andruw lnew the runner would score from 3rd, but really THOUGHT Sheffield wouldn't tag from 2nd. well, he hot dogged his throw and sheffield tagged. Next battter, sac fly. that one run coulda made a difference. Just watch Chippers actions also. He is not a balls to the wall type of guy. I may be wrong, but Braves are in trouble. look at their schedule. Alot of 500 teams or better coming up. Be interesting to see what happens.
I agree andrew is lack a disial..sp...the BRaves R not the team of the pasts....Philly can and will give them a run for their $$...and again I do hate guys who dont throw tothe correct base....keep the runner off 2nd hell no they want to make a play that gets them on ESPN and the runner is safe and the runner moves up which is the tying run...I totally agree here....its a sinple game but not when U want to make the highlights...the highlights and passion for the love of the game come thru making correct decisions, and that comes thru thinking of whos in the hold whos on deck ect...many players dont think of this...
