I realize I have a rooting interest because I went to BC but this is great hockey
I wish ESPN advertised this half of the way they pimp that unwatchable womens basketball tournament
(or should I say "we play below the net")
Theres hitting, goals, intensity
If you are a hockey "fan" give it a whirl

Yes, and it's excellent hockey. Of course, like you, my alma mater is in the Frozen Four, so I have a rooting interest as well. I'm indifferent on the early game, but still watching.

And you're right about the advertising for it. Nary a blip of info on it until the last day or two.

Get a clue Hokie Fan, Maine has great tradition in Hockey and the fan base is alot more than Orono and far from arrogant, proud but not arrogant.

Trust me Sportsaholic I hate Maine BECAUSE they have tradition, a great fan base,they wiin, and because they have cost BC many titles.
I do know of Maines history because I am a big college hockey guy.

Just got back from the two games yesterday :thumb:

What great hockey! Will be back on Saturday to watch my team TRY and take down BC. Should be a hell of a game. :mj09: Boston College has some awesome firepower, watch #22? Boston College senior forward Chris Collins, this guy can dazzle. Brian Elliott, goalie for the Badgers is unbelievable. Both finalists for the Hobey, which is announced today.

This will be a classic matchup, Wisconsin's neutral zone trap vs. BC's freewheeling style :scared

One other note, what is the deal with scalpers nowadays :nutkick ?
