OK heres the deal -

I am moving out to Buffalo when I find employment - want to move their by August. I find a lot of jobs to apply to online - but I have tried this and it does not work so im stopping that at all costs.

Should I just send it through the mail or is faxing it ok?

Any tips on making it so my resume stands out??

If anyone can help that would be great, I can also post my resume and cover letter if needed.

Any help is appreciated - THANK YOU!

DJ

Call the H.R. director personally. Let them know what you are asking for and ask for their personal fax line.

*Imediately fax the resume and follow through with another phone call to ensure H.R. director received it. Do not settle for the secretary. It may sound rude or abrupt to not speak with secretary but to me I would rather hire someone more aggressive.

great advice. the only thing i would say is if you find something you really want, find the decision maker and make them understand how mouch you really want it. without looking like a stalker. gl
