If Black people make up 13% of the population, then roughly 1.5 black jurors would make it proportional to the population. There?s one black man, 9 white women and 2 white men. More than anything, men are under represented. Why isn?t that brought up? I struggle understanding basic concepts, so hoping someone willing to explain this to me?.
