I think Colts play Saints in the super bowl.
Peyton vs. Payton
Archie's son vs. Archie's team
Brees going up a Bears secondary that has given up a lot of yards lately. Brees vs. Grossman. I'll take Grossman. I like Lovie Smith a lot, but Sean Payton is just making every correct call this year.
I think Saints are good enough and well-coached enough not to let defense and special teams alone beat them. I don't see Hester scoring and I don't see Bears D scoring.
When SD lost last week, Manning had to realize this is his best chance to get the monkey off his back. At home against Pats instead of on road at SD. Indy had very little chance there.
Hard to go against Brady, esp. after a poor game last week. I just think Colts are way better and they are at home.
Big things should favor Colts. They MUST do the little things to win. One huge thing I keep seeing is Pats scoring at the end of the half. Manning is good with the clock and hopefully will have ball in a 2-minute drill. Milk every second if possible.
Chargers wrote an essay last week on how to give a good, but much lesser team a game last week. Colts need to get a lead and play safe/smart, but not scared. Don't be afraid to do stuff like fair catch a punt or throw a pass away instead of forcing something.
Only way Pats win today is if they do their normal defensive raping and its not called. So, I guess its about 50-50.
I'm betting on the better team. Colts.
