Why not just pick a favorite team that's playing at home at around -130 to -140 favs and chase them for 5 or 6 games. Teams like this rarely lose 5 games in a row. Or is this bad?! Anyone with opinions?

I played a chase system a few years back and did really well for 2 seasons. I would only chase a team for four games max but usually 3. Tried to pick my spots and stay away from teams susceptible to long losing streaks which you have every year. I'd never start playing till 2 months into the season to get a decent feel for whose who. Also never tried to win more than 3% of my starting roll to ride the downs. It was stressful as hell at times when your betting a ton to only win original profit % plus losses. And I would question it constants. But it worked well for a while and do believe it's a way to win long term. Plus once you've qualified a team to chase it takes away a lot of thinking process. I've thought about doing it again, but don't want the stress. Hope that helps.

Anyone else have any opinions on this topic? Please share.

By the fifth game (100, 200, 400, 800, 1600) with juice, you will probably have about a $2000 bet out there to try to make $100. That will not be fun even if that fifth game doesn't come along that often.
