Can't believe the gem that I found after looking at wagerline today to see what the public likes.

78% are on the Saints today laying 3 over the Steelers. . .

Why?

I think it comes down to records as the Saints look like an "impressive" 3-1 against heavyweights like Detroit, Green Bay, Tampa Bay, and Chicago while the Steelers are 1-2 against horrible teams like Cleveland, New England, and Oakland.

Think you see where I'm getting at. . . no reason the Saints should have this much of a following and the Steelers have played three Super Bowl quality teams to start the season. Taking the 3 points and running.

Also looking at the Falcons and Redskins, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

a lot of people have zero confidence in tommy maddox. you know the same maddox that dan reeves thought would save the world but continuously had to cut because he sucked.

Nickelback, I think your right. I took Pitt about 1030 this morning. I think the public is falling for this. I hope they fall.

Pitt has a lot of other problems other than the QB situation. IMHO, just because Maddox had 1 1/2 successful drives, doesn't make those problems go away. Can't back Pitt with my money until they show me they've righted the ship.

Well, I think the Saints humble Maddox today as they have a soft defense IMO. . . the key will be Pitts' defense against the pass and I just feel they will get it done today.

Really like Pitt, but feel the best value is with the Falcons at home today.
