I have a time share at Paradise Beach Villas and cannot go. July 19th to July 26th. 1 bedroom sleeps 5. Across from a gorgeous beach. Bought the unit in 1998 and haven't been back since. Wife's has major ear problems so we've been using it to trade toward cruises, Etc.

I'll rent it for $ 400.00( which is less than the yearly maint. fee.
