Hopefully we will keep up the hot streak!! I had to do a little record keeping since I hadnt yet this year, so here are my records.
Matchups: 12-3 (+$861.41)
Outrights: 1-5 (+$65.00)
Top 5's: 3-6 (+$345.00)
Today I am going to be laying low because of the NCAA tournament and I have been kinda wrapped up into that.....but I have a good feeling that I have picked the winner.
Tony Stewart to win 75 to win 750
Ryan Newman to win 25 to win 200
Stewart has finished in the Top 10 at this racetrack for 7 straight races now. He loves to go fast, and if I am picking a guy TO WIN, I want someone aggressive that is going to race for the win and not for a championship. That is Tony and Ryan. Guys like Mark Martin, etc. are very good, but if I am betting to win, I just dont think that the value is there.....he will more likely finish 3-5. The Roush cars are going to be tough to beat, but I think we have a good shot here.
The matchup that I would load up on is Nemachek over Junior. Yet again, Junior has a car that will either land in the wall or finish in the 25-30th range.
Also, finding matchups against Harvick should bode well also. He has had a rough week without his crew chief, has not practiced well, and he has been doing the same cheating tactics as Johnson....he will have to adjust this week, and shouldnt be in the Top 20.
Watch out for these longshots.......Travis Kvapil and Scott Riggs.....either of these guys could pop in for a Top 5, so if you want a longshot today those are your best shots.
